Refunds are possible only before individual materials are created.
Once a personalized menu, nutrition plan, or recommendations have been sent, refunds are not available since these are the result of my expert work and time.
You can stop at any time, but payment for prepared materials and consultations is non-refundable. The responsibility for following recommendations always remains with the client.
